Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and processed.

Our store is powered by Shopify. While your transactions are with Highwater Publishing, Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not a party to your purchase and bears no responsibility for product quality, delivery, or refunds.
